Privacy Policy
What this store collects, what we do with it, and who else handles it. Today the site runs no analytics, no ad pixels, and no third party trackers.
Allegiance Lifestyle runs this store. This policy covers the information you give us through this site and what happens to it. We collect what we need to answer you and fill your order, and the sections below list what that is.
What we collect
Contact form
The contact form asks for your name, your email address, an order number, and your message. The order number field is optional. We receive every field you fill in, plus anything else you type into the message box, including a phone number if you add one.
Pour List email
The Pour List is our email list. You can join from the signup at the bottom of the homepage, or by asking us by email or in person at the Fort Worth location. The email address is all we take for it.
Order and payment information
Online checkout is not open yet. The order and payment practices in this policy govern orders placed through the online store when online checkout opens.
At that point, checkout runs on Shopify. Shopify collects the information needed to take and fill an order: your name, your email address, your shipping address, a phone number if you provide one, the items in your order, and your payment details. Card details go to Shopify and its payment processors. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
Server logs
This site is hosted on Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. That data keeps the site running and protects it from abuse. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
How we use it
- To answer your message and follow up on your question.
- To send Pour List email to the people who asked to be added.
- To take, fill, ship, or hold an order for pickup, and to handle questions about that order, once online checkout opens.
- To keep the site online and secure.
We do not use your information for anything else.
Tracking on this site
Right now this site loads no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third party trackers of any kind. There is no ad network code on these pages, no social media tracking script, and no cookie set by us to follow what you do. Nothing here follows you to other websites.
When online checkout opens, Shopify code runs on these store pages to hold your cart, and the payment step completes on Shopify's own checkout. Shopify sets the cookies it needs for both, and all of that is governed by Shopify's own privacy terms.
Who processes your information
- Netlify hosts this website. Netlify also handles contact form submissions and delivers them to our support inbox.
- Shopify handles checkout, payment, and order data once online checkout opens. Allegiance Lifestyle is the merchant of record.
Each provider gets only what it needs to do its job.
We do not sell your information
Allegiance Lifestyle never sells or rents customer data. We do not trade it, share it with data brokers, or hand your email address to an advertising network. Your information goes to the providers we use to run the store, such as the ones listed above, and to anyone the law requires us to give it to.
Leaving the Pour List
You can stop Pour List email at any time. Email info@allegiancelifestyledfw.com from the address you signed up with and ask to be removed, or call 833-910-7295 during business hours. We remove the address and stop sending.
Leaving the Pour List will not affect an order. Once online checkout opens, we will still email you about an order you have placed.

Changes to this policy
If we ever add analytics, an advertising pixel, or any other tracking to this site, we will say so on this page and change the effective date at the top. Check this page for the current version.
