Shipping policy.
What ships, what you pick up at the shop, and how long each one takes.
This policy governs orders placed through the online store.
Glass bottles are pickup only
Glass-bottled sodas are not shipped. They are available for local pickup at our shop only. Non-glass items, including clothing, ship nationwide within the United States.
A pickup order can include anything in the store. Add glass bottles and shippable items to one cart, choose pickup at checkout, and collect the whole order at our shop.
Shipping is stricter: checkout will not ship an order that contains glass. To have items delivered, order them separately from glass bottles. If you choose shipping while glass is in the cart, checkout says the order cannot ship to your address. The address is not the problem, the glass is. Switch to pickup, or remove the glass and order it on its own.

Our shop is open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST. Call 833-910-7295 or email info@allegiancelifestyledfw.com with pickup questions, including when your order will be ready to collect.
Processing time
Orders take 2 to 3 business days to process before they ship. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
Carriers
We ship with USPS and UPS.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, based on the items in your order and the destination address. You see the exact amount before you pay.
We do not offer free shipping. There is no order total that removes the shipping charge.
Delivery estimates
Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after the order ships. That window starts on the ship date, not the order date.
Expedited options are available at checkout.
Where we ship
- We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
- We cannot ship oversized orders to PO boxes. Use a street address for those orders.
- Glass-bottled sodas are pickup only, as stated above.
Damaged in transit
If an item arrives damaged, we will replace or exchange it at no cost to you.
Contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can process the claim. Email info@allegiancelifestyledfw.com or call 833-910-7295 with your order number and photos of the item.
