The rules for buying from Allegiance Lifestyle: what we sell, how orders are handled, and who to call.
Who you are buying from
Allegiance Lifestyle sells the sodas and clothing listed on this site. Allegiance Lifestyle is the merchant of record for every order and is the business you are contracting with. We operate from 5913 Donnelly Ave STE 103, Fort Worth, Texas 76107.
When these terms apply
These terms govern orders placed through the online store when online checkout opens. Checkout is not open yet, and the buy controls on this site are turned off until it is.
When checkout opens, it runs on Shopify's hosted checkout. Shopify processes payment and order data for us. Allegiance Lifestyle remains the merchant of record. This site is hosted on Netlify.
Product availability
We sell in limited runs. When a run sells out, it is not restocked. Every order is subject to availability at the time we review it. A product listed on this site is not a guarantee that we hold it in stock.
Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars. Some listings show Price pending because we have not set the price for that item yet. Those items cannot be ordered until a price is published.
Prices can change without notice. We correct pricing errors when we find them, including after an order is submitted. If an item was listed at the wrong price, we may cancel the order rather than fill it at that price. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Order review and cancellation
Orders are subject to review and may be canceled at our discretion. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel any order we suspect involves fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing errors, or misuse of promotions.
You can cancel an order before it ships. Contact us with your order number as soon as you know. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Age to buy
There is no age restriction on our products. Our sodas are non-alcoholic.
Color on screen
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, so a bottle or garment can look a little different in person than it does on your display.
Shipping, returns, and exchanges
Those policies have their own pages. The short version:
- Glass bottled sodas are pickup only at our Fort Worth location. We do not ship glass.
- Non-glass items ship within the United States.
- Checkout cannot split one order between shipping and pickup, so pickup only items must be ordered separately from items that ship.
- Clothing can be returned within 3 days of delivery for an exchange, unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery. Refunds are not offered.
- Sealed beverages are not returnable for health and safety reasons.
- Anything that arrives damaged, defective, or wrong is replaced or exchanged at no cost to you. Contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos.

Brand and site content
The Allegiance Lifestyle name, logo, product photography, and the text on this site belong to Allegiance Lifestyle. Do not copy, republish, or resell them without our written permission. The soda brands we stock own their own names and logos, and nothing here transfers any right to those.
Our responsibility
We stand behind what we sell. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we replace or exchange it at no cost, as described on the returns page. That is the remedy we provide.
Beyond that, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost time or a missed occasion. We do not guarantee that this site is available without interruption. These terms do not take away any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
Texas law governs these terms and any order placed through this store.
Changes to these terms
We can update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.
